We value craftsmanship and the depth of cooking: from pizza dough fermented with a 16-hour biga, to beef brisket slow-cooked for 28 hours, to house-made Limoncello, carefully selected Italian wines, and characterful craft beers. Everything is chosen and executed with precision, finesse, and wholehearted care.
